Package two allows for flexibility to explore opportunities for continuous improvement or support over a three or nine month period. The days can be over consecutive days (which complements rural services too) or one day/month. Assistance can include, however not limited to;
incorporating any of the topics from package one | communicating confidently | pastoral care counselling in-service or after hours via the internet | specific incident or critical incident support | grief counselling | incorporating fun and team building activities into staff get togethers | incorporating mindful practices into each day if it goes to plan or not | building resilience | group or individual goal setting |staying positive and not stock piling negative emotions even when we live in a world full of complexities

I work with Children's Service Managers to raise the rating level of their service.
To raise the rating level of a service is exciting. However, as humans we don't particularly like change so if there is resistance greater communication and leadership may be needed to convey that the benefits will far outweigh remaining stagnant. (If your rating is excellent, well done, that is brilliant. Let me know if I can refine the service philosophy, principles and practices to an even greater degree!)
